We at Kleare Cosmetics believe in great customer service like many other companies. We have unique skin type, health concerns and skin sensitivity as such we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our custom-formulated products. However, we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, or utility of each product for each person. Hence, we want your using our products to be the best possible experience, but due to unforeseen circumstances you may not desire to utilize the product/s.

At Kleare Cosmetics we cannot handle returns due to the nature of customize products offering. It is unsanitary to receive open products and we want to make sure all customers are receiving quality and clean products. When an order is made by mistake, we are pleased to accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 15 days of purchase or clients should refuse the package and the undelivered products will be returned to us. Then we will be able to issue an 80% refund and 20% restocking and shipping fee applied to return items.

We advise discussing your skin care choices with your medical provider in advance of undertaking any new skin care routine. By purchasing any of our products from our website (www.kleare.com), you agree that these products are not returnable or refunded. You have researched the product you would like to purchase prior to payment.Â
