KLEARE BEAUTY accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, PayPal, and many forms of international payment processing depending on your country and PAYPAL acceptance. We also offer express payment options like Apple Pay to help your checkout faster.
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you’ve entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call NUMBER (We are getting a new number) or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
We charge sales tax for items shipped to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time-frame may be extended during and immediately after launches.
Orders are limited to three (3) units of each product per person. Additionally, palettes and other limited-edition sets may be restricted to one or two units per order.
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at clientservice@klearebeauty.com with your inquiry.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include: item(s) not available, inability to process payment information, cannot ship to address provided, duplicate orders placed, cancelled at the customer’s request.
If there is an issue with your order and it is canceled, you will be informed by email. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If have any further questions, please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at clientservice@klearebeauty.com.
No, once you place an order it is final, but client service can assist.
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at NUMBER (We are getting a new number), 24 hours, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Have your order number ready, and let us know which products you are missing.
Although we do not foresee any delays, sometimes demand exceeds supply and an out-of-stock occurs. We try to replenish stock weekly and as quickly as possible. Should this happen, you will be notified of any items that are out of stock. We will ship in-stock items immediately using the selected shipping method and backorder out of stock items under the original Kleare Beauty Online order number. Also, here’s what you can do in the meantime: Sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock†button. When that must-have item is back in action, you’ll be the first to know.

Never. KLEARE BEAUTY (Skincare and Makeup) is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We are equally dedicated to the health and safety of our consumers ensuring we meet the highest in quality standards.
Some KLEARE BEAUTY products are vegetarian and organic formulated – without parabens, EDTA, petrochemicals or phthalates. Kleare Skincare is a vegan line. Although many of our products are free of animal byproducts, Kleare Makeup is considered a natural line since a handful of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin and preservatives (prevent bacterial and fungal contamination). Additionally, we strive to ensure our products do not present any health risk from contamination by harmful microorganisms by using preservatives such as parabens. If your order hasn’t reached you and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please email our KLEARE BEAUTY Client Service Team at support@klearebeauty.com for assistance.
We offer free standard shipping on orders $45 and over for US and $100 and over USD (before shipping and taxes, and after discounts) for International.
We offer one (1) shipping method for International Orders: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns (unless unopen package), exchanges or refunds. Please note, Kleare Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns. It is unsanitary to receive open products and we want to make sure all customers are receiving quality and clean products.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
We offer Standard (USPS), Express, and Next-Day shipping to metro areas in these regions. Please allow additional processing time for remote addresses.
We currently offer Standard Shipping to several international countries and territories. International orders will be shipped via DHL Ecommerce and DHL Express depending on your region. Standard shipping cost for orders below $100 is $16.95.
The transit time for international orders can vary and generally takes longer than orders shipping within the US. Please allow up to 3 business days to process an international order and up to 14-21 business days for it to arrive after it has been shipped. If you are in a remote area, there may also be additional delivery time. Your country’s Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason for 1 – 30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, KLEARE BEAUTY does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your Customs Authority for more information.
You (Client) will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties levied by your government, and we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
Please note that while we do our best to include all duties and taxes at checkout, shipping to some countries may require customers to pay duties and taxes upon delivery due to carrier restrictions and local regulations.
